The main conference location for ECIO 2008 is the Auditorium of the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Eindhoven has a direct train connection (90 minutes) with Amsterdam Airport every 30 minutes.

Eindhoven also has a local airport with daily direct flights to London, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Milano, Marseille, Budapest, and Dublin.

Eindhoven is at 1½ hr from Amsterdam (by car or train) and has a lot of interesting tourist sites within a reach of 30-60 minutes.
