Papers can be submitted electronically in PDF format. A complete submission is due before March 10th and should include:

1. Completion of submission page required fields (including 50-word abstract)
2. 4-Page paper, including 50 Words abstract
   • Download Word-template, OpenOffice-template or LaTeX-template & LaTeX-class (you need both LaTeX files)
   • Upload via submission page
3. Presentation Preference (Oral or Poster)

Emailed or faxed submissions will not be processed!

ECIO maintains high standards of scientific quality. Papers will be reviewed by the ECIO’08 Technical Program Committee. The first author will be notified about the selection (or rejection) of his paper or poster before April 15th. If a paper is accepted, it will be reproduced directly by photo offset from the material submitted by the author(s) and will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The copyright remains with the authors, but it is licensed to ECIO for inclusion in the Proceedings which will be made accessible via the ECIO website.

Please use only fonts form the templates and make sure that your paper contains no non-English font packages (for example, Japanese fonts, Korean fonts, Chinese fonts, etc.) in the body of your paper, as well as in all figures and tables. These will probably cause problems in printing your paper.
