This note contains the instructions for people who have a presentation on the ECIO 2008 conference. Please take the following points into account:

• The presentation should be 12 minutes (max.)
• There are 3 minutes for questions
• Bring your presentation (PowerPoint) on a USB stick
• Copy your presentation to the computer in the room in which you will give your presentation. This should be done at the latest in the break before the session in which you are giving your presentation
• In the break before the session in which you are giving your presentation, please report yourself to the chairman of your session. He/she will be in the room where the session will be held
